Work is Matt Shott's life, which is just fine with him. But now, cancer is a part of it too, and Shott's way to deal with the treatments and fatigue is continuing to work.

The Arizona Coyotes' senior director of amateur hockey development has held the same position for 10 years, and his principal role is to get more people into the game. In a nutshell, that means reaching out to a wide array of communities to help anyone interested in playing get started, physically and financially, and then being there for those kids and adults if needed down the road.
