The Falcons fell to 0-4-1 on the season following a pair of losses to the Atlantic Division-leading Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The timing could not have been worse for Springfield's stagnant offense to see the reigning AHL Goaltender of the Year in Matt Murray.
