The Tucson Roadrunners continued an all-impressive season start with a 6-3 win over the visiting Colorado Eagles on Tuesday night.
Tucson’s win puts them at 16-5-0-0, continuing to hold a lead for first place in the Pacific Division (and third in the American Hockey League by points percentage).
“I think we’re just battling hard,” forward Hudson Fasching said after the game. “I think games that we’re being successful were... it’s just our battle level, we’re winning pucks in front of the net, clearing pucks out. The couple of games we struggled we were losing those battles.
