An LLC called 20914104 bought a 10,635-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms has a full-size gym, a theater, a large bar, a walk-in wine cellar, sliding pocket doors, multiple chandeliers and a primary suite with two bathrooms and an office in its own wing. The Barroway Family L.P. led by former Arizona Coyotes owner Andrew Barroway was the seller.
