The Arizona Coyotes and Glendale officials have agreed on proposed changes to an arena deal that would cut by more than half the fee the city pays the team to manage the facility.
The agreement also would expire in 2017, allowing the team to move elsewhere a year sooner than under the existing agreement. The Glendale City Council will consider the proposal at a meeting Friday morning.
