For four Coyotes, hockey continues at World Championship tournament later this month

Conor Garland didn't hesitate to accept the offer to play for the United States at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship later this month in Riga, Latvia.

"It was really a no-brainer. I think I set the record for fastest reply, telling them I would come. I was extremely excited," the Arizona Coyotes forward from Massachusetts said. "It's a big deal and I look forward to being able to go over there and performing on a bigger stage and play to my capabilities."

Garland heard from his agent on May 4, the day after his first game back from injury, with the invitation from USA Hockey.
