The Coyotes have a tradition after wins where the player of the game is awarded a coyote pelt, which he must then bestow upon another deserving player after the next win.
After Monday's 3-0 win over the Los Angeles Kings, it was Coyotes goaltender Antti Raanta turn to wear the pelt after posting his first shutout of the season.
And he wore it proudly, conducing all of his post-game interviews with the hide on his head.
