Justin Faulk's two goals, including a go-ahead score with 6:55 to play, helped the St. Louis Blues to a 4-1 win over the Arizona Coyotes Friday night at Gila River Arena.
Faulk, who scored early in the game, took a centering pass from teammate Jordan Kyrou and guided in a wrist shot for the lead. The Coyotes (6-6-1) couldn't come up with an answer before time and ran out, and their three-game winning streak came to an end.
It was the fifth of a scheduled seven straight games between the two teams, set up as the residual effect of other opponents having to postpone games due to COVID outbreaks.
