Coyotes Sign Jeffrey to One-Year, Two-Way Contract

GLENDALE, ARIZONA – Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have signed forward Dustin Jeffrey to a one-year two-way contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The 27-year-old Jeffrey recorded 25-39-64 and 22 penalty minutes (PIM) in 69 games with the Utica Comets and Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL) last season. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound native of Sarnia, ON has totaled 17-14-31 with 10 PIM in 124 career NHL games with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Dallas Stars.

Jeffrey was originally drafted by the Penguins in the sixth round (171st overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
