The Arizona Coyotes have re-signed defenseman Dysin Mayo to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced today.
Originally drafted in the fifth round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, Mayo then played with the Edmonton Oil Kings in the WHL. He has since played in the AHL for both the Springfield Falcons as well as a 25 game stint in the ECHL with the Rapid City Rush.
In 163 regular season games in the AHL, Mayo is 8-18-26. In 7 playoff games with the Tucson Roadrunners in 2018 he was 0-0-0. And, in his 25 games in the ECHL he was 1-15-16.
