GLENDALE, ARIZONA - The Arizona Coyotes selected forward Clayton Keller from the United States National Development team in the first round (seventh overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft at First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY on Friday.
The 5-foot-10, 163-pound Keller registered 37-70-107 in 62 games, which led the team. The forward's career point total of 46-84-130 in 78 games is the second-most all-time for the U.S. National U18 Team. Keller is the all-time assists leader with 84 assists. He also added 25-34-59 in 45 games with the U.
