The Coyotes weren’t idle this offseason, using the trade market and free-agent pool to shuffle their roster, but perhaps the most meaningful change could come via players already in the system.
Prospects are set to hit the ice Saturday for the start of rookie camp and while a few are expected to make the team, a handful of others will certainly do their best to merit consideration.
“To me, it’s a very exciting time for anybody involved in this franchise with the amount of talent we have,” General Manager Don Maloney said. “And now, it’s not a summer camp.
