Earlier today Craig Morgan reported that the Arizona Coyotes have re-signed pending restricted free agents Kyle Capobianco and Ilya Lyubushkin.
Per source, the Coyotes have signed RFA D-men Kyle Capobianco and Ilya Lyubushkin.
Capobianco:
2020-2021: $700,000 (NHL)
2021-2022: $850,000 (NHL)
Lyubushkin:

Kyle Capobianco was drafted by the Coyotes 63rd overall in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft and has spent most of his professional career in the AHL with the Tucson Roadrunners.
