The Arizona Coyotes got Tuesday's game to a shootout, then shined even brighter.
Spurred by goalie Adin Hill's seven saves in the overtime 3-on-3 period and on the penalty kill, Nick Schmaltz, Conor Garland and Christian Dvorak put away their shootout attempts, and the Coyotes celebrated a 5-4 win Tuesday night over the Colorado Avalanche.
Garland, who shot second, was credited with the winning goal. Lawson Crouse, Phil Kessel and Alex Goligoski each had a goal and assist and the Coyotes earned their fourth multi-goal comeback win of the season.
"A goalie's job every game is to just try to give your team a chance to win," Hill said.
