The Coyotes take to the ice for their first organized practices of the preseason when the club’s annual rookie camp gets underway Friday.
Barrett Hayton, the Coyotes’ first-round draft selection in the June draft will be among the attendees joining other forward prospects Tyler Steenbergen, Lane Pederson, Brayden Burke and Liam Kirk.
Pierre-Olivier Joseph, who was the club’s first-round pick in 2017, will headline the defense prospects that also include Kyle Capobianco, Cam Dineen and Kevin Bahl.
“It feels great to be back,” Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka said.
