The Arizona Coyotes made a minor league move on Wednesday by trading goaltender Justin Peters and defenseman Justin Hache to the Dallas Stars in exchange for forwards Brendan Ranford and Brandon Troock. The move was announced by the Stars late Wednesday morning.
Peters made three appearances in the NHL this season while Mike Smith was out with an injury. He went 0-1-0 with a 3.16 GAA and a .900 save percentage. While with the Tucson Roadrunners of the American Hockey League, Peters was 5-6-0 with a 4.
