Coyotes President and CEO Ahron Cohen and the organization have parted ways, multiple sources confirmed to The Arizona Republic.
The nature of Cohen's departure was not immediately clear. The news was first reported by The Athletic.
Cohen, who received his law degree from Arizona State, had been with the Coyotes since 2015 when he joined the organization as general counsel.
From there, Cohen rose to the level of chief operating officer before being elevated to his most recent position in July 2018, replacing Steve Patterson.
As president and CEO, Cohen played a significant role in the organization's search for new ownership, which the Coyotes found in Alex Meruelo in July 2019.
