The Coyotes snapped a three-game losing streak with a 3-1 win over the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday at Gila River Arena.
Coyotes forward Phil Kessel scored the winning goal with 13:40 left in regulation. Goaltender Antti Raanta stopped 38 of 39 shots in the win.
The Blues, who won the 2019 Stanley Cup, entered the game as one of the few teams in the NHL with a road record (13-4-3) better than that of the Coyotes (13-6-3), but couldn't outlast a Coyotes teams struggling to keep that same pace at home.
With the win, the Coyotes' home record improved to 9-10-1 this season.
