Watch a time lapse of the ice installation process at Gila River Arena ahead of the upcoming 2015-16 Coyotes season.
From the end of June to the beginning of August, the schedule was the same.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Coyotes captain Shane Doan would report for training at 7 a.m. in Kamloops, B.C., and the session would begin with an hour of sprints.
Next up, 45 minutes of soccer before lifting weights from 9:30 until 11.
And Doan enjoyed every minute of it because for the first time, his 13-year-old son, Josh, worked out alongside him.
