For Coyotes forward Matias Maccelli, playing with Nick Bjugstad and Lawson Crouse has opened his game to new heights this season.
Turns out putting the smaller playmaker with larger, physical players has paid dividends for the Coyotes (6-8-1), with the line amassing 22 points in 15 games.
“He could give me some pointers,” Bjugstad joked after a rare practice in the Valley as the team enjoyed some time at home before resuming their long road trip in Las Vegas on Thursday night.
