The Arizona Coyotes season was filled with oddity from the team’s new home in a 5,000-seat arena to the grueling 14-game road trip.
But the team remained in good spirits during its exit interviews Friday that assessed the season.
“I’d say this is arguably the closest team that I’ve played on with the locker room and the brotherhood we’ve had this year,” Coyotes forward Christian Fischer said. “We’ve had a lot of obstacles that were put up against us and I could name a laundry list of them, but we never bought into that outside noise.”
