Coyotes right wing Lawson Crouse scored his third goal of the season on a power play opportunity in the second period. Center Nick Bjugstad got his first of the season on a missed read by Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren to give the Coyotes a 2-1 lead.
Rangers left wing Artemi Panarin earned three points, including assists on Alexis Lafrenière and Mika Zibanejad's goals.
