So far, the most productive player from the Cardinals' 2016 draft class has been someone who wasn’t even drafted by the team.
The Cardinals sent their second-round pick that year to the Patriots as part of the trade for pass rusher Chandler Jones, who has 28 sacks in two years, including 17 to lead the NFL last season.
That’s sort of a backhanded compliment to Jones because the actual 2016 draft class has been a disappointment so far. Safety Harlan Miller has lived up to expectations – only because it’s unfair to expect a lot from a sixth-round pick, at least in his first two years.
