Inside linebacker Haason Reddick has displayed all the attributes that led to the Cardinals drafting him 13th overall. Reddick is smart, diligent in his studies and athletic on the field.
In fact, coach Bruce Arians said, Reddick might be spending too much time thinking about his assignments.
“Extremely serious about it, over serious as a matter of fact,” Arians said. “Too conscientious. When he turns it loose, it’s extremely impressive to watch.”
Arians compared Reddick’s potential to that of former Cardinal linebacker Daryl Washington, who was on the verge of stardom before being suspended three seasons.
