The Cardinals added some depth to the offensive line Wednesday, agreeing to a one-year contract with veteran offensive lineman Tony Bergstrom.
Bergstrom played last season with the Texans, appearing in 15 games without a start. He played with the Raiders
from 2012-2015. Houston released him last month with a year left on a free-agent contract he signed in 2016. Expected to compete for the starting center job, Bergstrom lost the battle with Greg Mancz and only played three offensive snaps all season. He can also play guard.
He joins a team that just drafted a pair of offensive linemen – guard Dorian Johnson and tackle Will Holden.
