Sam Bradford is the Cardinals’ newest starting quarterback.
The veteran officially signed a two-year contract Friday after passing a physical and will take his place atop the depth chart as the first season under new head coach Steve Wilks moves forward.
The deal is reportedly worth up to $20 million this season, with $15 million guaranteed.
Bradford, 30, was the No. 1 overall pick in the draft in 2010 by the Rams. But his career has been derailed by multiple injuries – a lingering ankle problem in 2010, a torn ACL in 2013, a re-tear of the ACL in 2014, a shoulder injury in 2015 and then a knee bruise that later needed surgery in 2017.
