Pasch Factor: David Johnson's Future

The job of an NFL scout is among the hardest in sports. He pours over hours of college film, watches public and private workouts, talks to coaches, teammates, strength and conditioning coordinators, etc. Sometimes talent is easy to spot, other times it's not as simple. If a player went to a big time school and is surrounded by other great players, a scout has to consider those factors during his evaluation. If a player went to a small school, had zero talent around him, and played against nobody, that too has to weigh heavy on the mind of a scout.
