As the Cardinals wind down their 2017 schedule, their 2018 opponents are set.
Their two “wild card” opponents for next year – a same place-in-division finisher home game against the NFC East, and an away game versus the NFC South – were solidified last week when the Cardinals locked into third place in the NFC West and the Atlanta Falcons locked into third in the NFC South.
The Washington Redskins were already locked into third in the NFC East.
That means Washington will visit University of Phoenix Stadium, and the Cardinals will travel to Atlanta at some point.
