It was expected. The Arizona Cardinals, who brought in center Lyle Sendlein with the intentions of signing him to a contract, did just that. They announced they re-signed the veteran to a contract, as well as the signing of two other players and a release.
They added receiver Travis Harvey, who also was with the team in 2014 on the practice squad. Additionally, the team signed guard Nate Isles, presumably to fill the roster spot that belonged to John Fullington, who was waived/injured after being carted off during practice Wednesday.
