After the flurry of roster moves on Tuesday that started with running back Chris Johnson landing on injured reserve/designated to return, the team had one practice squad slot left open. On Wednesday, the team announced they filled the slot.
Instead of bringing back cornerback Robert Nelson, Jr., who was released from the 53-man roster to make room for newly signed Corey White, the team added running back Abou Toure.
Toure (6-2, 235) entered the NFL with the Colts in May as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Tennessee-Martin.
