The Arizona Cardinals announced another addition to the offseason roster on Thursday. They have added cornerback Asa Jackson to the team, signing him to a future contract, which will take effect in March when the new league year begins.
Jackson (5-10, 183) appeared in 18 career games with six starts for the Baltimore Ravens over the past four seasons after he entered the league as a fifth round selection (169th overall) in the 2012 NFL Draft out of Cal Poly. Jackson set career highs in 2014 with 27 tackles and three passes defensed while playing in seven games (six starts).
