The Chicago Bears moved up to the No. 11 pick after a trade with the New York Giants and took Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields with the selection.
There are still four picks to be made before the Cardinals' pick at No. 16.
The Arizona Republic's Bob McManaman tweeted that he could see Arizona trying to trade back in the draft now that so many of their top prospects are off the board (except for if Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons were somehow available.
