The NFL offseason is in full swing and we are getting the list of franchise tags together just so we know where the free agents stand as of this time.
Note, most of these are rumors, but we want to keep a tab on who could be off the market for the Cardinals as we get to the real free agent time of the year.
A number of teams are going the route of controlling the situation. Not in the sense of making sure they keep their guy, but they will use the franchise tag to extend the window to trade a player.
