Missed opportunities bite Cardinals as Raiders win on last-second field goal

Cardinals insider Bob McManaman offers a quick recap from Sunday’s game between the Cardinals and the Raiders.

Quick recap: Daniel Carlson kicked a 35-yard field goal as time expired and the Raiders beat the Cardinals 23-21 on Sunday at State Farm Stadium.

The Cardinals thought they were in the driver’s seat after scoring the go-ahead touchdown on an 80-yard drive with five minutes left to play, but the Raiders got the ball back a second time after Josh Rosen’s third touchdown pass and they got it done with less than two minutes remaining on the clock.
