Starting left guard Mike Iupati,who went down during practice on Monday, got some bad news. After head coach Bruce Arians didn't know the details when he spoke with the media Wednesday morning, ESPN's Adam Schefter reportedIupati is likely to need arthroscopic surgery and be out six to eight weeks. Locally, Mike Jurecki said it could be four to six weeks. Kent Somers confirmed Iupati would undergo surgery and that it is not season ending.
