It was reported fairly late on Thursday, but the Arizona Cardinals are going to bring in a familiar face. Center Lyle Sendlein, released early in the offseason for salary cap reasons, according to Mike Jurecki, is reportedly coming in to take a physical and, if all goes as planned, will sign a contract with the team.
Sendlein was the starting center from 2008-2014, but was let go in the offseason. The team signed free agent A.Q. Shipley and he and Ted Larsen, the starting left guard in 2014, have been battling for the starting job.
