Sloter was formerly an undrafted free agent quarterback out of Northern Colorado. He was a preseason sensation for the Vikings, throwing for 443 passing yards and four touchdowns. After his surprising release from Minnesota he signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad, as the team considered him an upgrade over former practice squad QB Drew Anderson.
