Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald is one of three finalists for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award, the NFL announced on Sunday.
Fitzgerald was also a finalist in 2012.
Each NFL team named a man of the year, and Fitzgerald, Giants quarterback Eli Manning and Panthers tight end Greg Olsen are the three finalists chosen for the national award, presented by Nationwide.
The award is the only league award that recognizes a player’s community service as well as his playing excellence. The winner will be announced in Houston, site of Super Bowl LI, during the NFL Honors ceremony on Feb.
