It’s never a good sign when the Cardinals defensive line coaches have nearly a one-to-one ratio with their players as they gear up for practice.
But that was what Brentson Buckner and Tom Pratt had prior to the team’s Thanksgiving work Thursday, alongside Calais Campbell, Xavier Williams and Rodney Gunter. Josh Mauro was busy taking part in special teams work, but Ed Stinson (groin), Frostee Rucker (ankle) and Cory Redding (ankle) remained sidelined.
On top of that, veteran linebacker LaMarr Woodley’s chest injury was bad enough that he was placed on injured reserve Thursday, and the Cardinals signed veteran defensive lineman Red Bryant Thursday.
