Kyler Murray announced this week he was “fully committed” to becoming an NFL quarterback, prompting many questions, including if there was another way to be committed besides fully.
Immediately, speculative links between Murray and the Cardinals were made.
Chief among them: Would the Cardinals take Murray with the first overall pick and trade quarterback Josh Rosen, selected 10th overall a year ago?
I’m guessing that question had some in the Cardinals’ hierarchy reaching for their calendars to count the number of days until the first day of the draft, April 25.
