As many of you know, for the past two years the two areas of Kyler Murray’s game that I believe can take his level of play to the highest of levels are:
- Becoming more efficient at floating away from pressure to buy an added second of time in the pocket and to create clearer passing lanes, while giving his receivers optimum time to gain separation.
- Escaping up the middle more often on scrambles because this is what opponents fear the most in their efforts to defend Kyler and it helps to make pass rushes against him more tentative and controlled.
