It seems odd that a player who has been with the team for the last three seasons would “visit” but Jerraud Powers is a free agent and he’s visited other teams around the league, all leaving without a contract offer, most recently the New York Giants.
Now, Powers is back in Arizona and expected to talk with the Arizona Cardinals, who are still without a cornerback opposite Patrick Peterson. Powers has been an above-average players in the desert of the last three seasons, most recently starting 13 games last year, with 46 total tackles, one interception and one sack.
