Neither Jermaine Gresham – who had back surgery – or Red Bryant – who signed deep into the season – arrived in Arizona last season physically where they wanted to be.
Now both veterans will have a chance to play for the Cardinals with a full offseason of prep.
Gresham, a tight end, agreed to a one-year contract over the weekend, while Bryant, a defensive tackle, signed a one-
year deal himself as the Cards continue to round out their roster.
The Gresham news leaked Sunday, including an ESPN report that he turned down at least one longer and much more lucrative opportunity elsewhere to stay with the Cardinals.
