The top-seeded Panthers defeated the Seahawks, 31-24, on Sunday, earning the right to play the No. 2-seeded Cardinals in Charlotte for the NFC title at 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 24.
Traveling to Carolina for is becoming a playoff tradition for the Cardinals. Counting this season, they will have done it in three of their four playoff appearances since moving to Arizona in 1988.
In 2008, the Cardinals upset the Panthers and eventually advanced to the first Super Bowl in franchise history.
Last year, they lost, 27-16, in the wild-card round at Bank of America Stadium.
