Cardinals insider Bob McManaman offers a quick recap from Sunday’s game between the Cardinals and the Vikings.
Quick recap: The Cardinals kept it close in the first half, but the Vikings pulled away as Kirk Cousins threw for a touchdown, ran for another, and wide receiver Adam Thielen torched Arizona’s secondary all afternoon during Minnesota’s 27-17 victory on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
With the loss, the Cardinals fell to 1-5 on the season. It’s the seventh time in their Arizona history that they’ve opened a year at 1-5 and the first time since 2011, when they started out 1-6.
