Linebacker Haason Reddick became a member of the Cardinals just a day ago, but he already looks like he’s comfortable in Arizona.
Reddick wore a nice suit, spiffy shoes and no socks during his introductory news conference on Friday at the Cardinals’ headquarters. He called Arizona “heaven on Earth.”
Reddick hasn’t been here in July yet, so his opinion of the weather might change. But his “heaven” comment was more about the friendly people he’s met than the weather.
He was introduced by General Manager Steve Keim, who said Reddick is “destined for greatness.”
A former walk-on at Temple, Reddick gradually earned a scholarship, became a starter and impressed NFL teams with his pass-rushing skills.
