Jaron Brown smiled widely and often as he stood in front of his cubicle in the locker room on Wednesday and answered reporters’ questions.
And why wouldn’t he?
Seven months after surgery that repaired a torn ACL, Brown had just run pass routes with the other Cardinals receivers. Brown feels fast, looks good to coaches and the monitoring device worn during workouts indicates he is on track to take part in full practices in training camp later this summer.
“That’s my goal,” Brown said. “Speed-wise, feeling good. Strength-wise, still have a little bit of work to do, but I’m running routes and feeling great.
