The Arizona Cardinals announced Friday that they’ve waived three players including QB Zac Dysert, S Drico Johnson, and S Cyril Noland-Lewis.
It was going to be tough for Dysert to secure a roster spot with Carson Palmer, Drew Stanton, Blaine Gabbert and Trevor Knight all in camp.
Dysert, 27, is a former seventh-round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He was placed on waivers by the Broncos at the start of the 2014 season, but they later added him to their practice squad.
The Bears claimed Dysert off of waivers a few days before the start of the season, but he was among their final roster cuts.
