The Arizona Cardinals have a big 28-7 lead after one half of play. The Detroit Lions have turned the ball over four times and David Johnson has scored a pair of rushing touchdowns. Carson Palmer is an efficient 6/8 for 108 yards and two touchdowns.
Chris Johnson is also playing very well, rushing 79 yards on eight first half carries.
