Football is almost back.
The Cardinals will open training camp on July 28 with a practice that is free and open to the public from 1:30-4 p.m. at University of Phoenix Stadium.
They will hold nine open practices this year after holding 18 sessions last season. Training camp will end before the Cardinals’ Week 2 preseason matchup against New Orleans.
There will be a Kids Interactive Zone that includes an inflatable obstacle course, quarterback toss and combine-type football drills at the north end of the stadium. After practices, fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from selected players along the lower field walls.
